2024-2025 Orientation

Orientation will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM at Ovell's Christian Academy (105 Avenue G SE, Winter Haven, FL 33880).

Please read EVERYTHING carefully to have a general idea and understanding of what will take place.  Everyone must arrive on time so we can start promptly and get everything done at once.

• Parents will need to find a seat with a registration packet. If you pre-filled your registration packet and emailed it, it will be available at orientation.
• You will need to sign each page. There will be someone to check over your packet with you.
• I will have people there to notarize the Medical Authorization Form.
• Please make sure you bring immunization records and physicals. Students will not be able to start school without these documents.
• Please bring ALL of your child's school supplies with you.

SCHOOL TIMES:
School Opens: 7:30 AM
Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM
Tardy: 8:15 AM
Pick-Up Schedule: Between 2:45 PM and 3:15 PM.
Students picked up after 3:15 PM will have late fees assessed.
