All signatures will be done at the school during orientation.
Please "SAVE WITH CHANGES" and then email the registration packet as an ATTACHMENT to [email protected]

-or- You can arrange with Ms. C to fill out the form at the daycare if you do not have access to a computer or understand how to execute the steps above. Please call Ms. C at 863-293-9999 during regular business hours.
